How to transfer a domain to PRIMARI.NET
To transfer a domain to PRIMARI.NET, prepare it at the current provider, obtain the Auth-Code, enter the request in the panel and complete payment.

Before you start
An incoming transfer moves the management of an already registered domain from another provider to PRIMARI.NET.
Before starting, check where your website, email and DNS are hosted. Transferring the domain does not always move those services, and interruptions should be avoided.
Prepare the domain at the current provider
You will usually need to:
- check that the domain is not expired;
- unlock it if transfer lock is enabled;
- request the Auth-Code;
- make sure the contact email is accessible;
- check whether the extension has special requirements.
If the current provider does not give you the code, request it before continuing.
Steps at PRIMARI.NET
- Log in to PRIMARI.NET.
- Open Transfer domain.
- Enter the full domain name.
- Enter the Auth-Code.
- Confirm that the domain is prepared for transfer.
- Review or complete the registrant details.
- Confirm the order and complete payment.
When the order is accepted, PRIMARI.NET submits the transfer to the relevant registry or provider.
During the transfer
The transfer may require external validations or waiting time. It is not always immediate.
Avoid unnecessary changes at the old provider while the transfer is in progress. If the domain has critical web or email, review DNS before and after the process.
